COPRÉ is an independent semi-autonomous collective pension foundation.

Collectivity is our principal strength. In combining the resources of those we insure, we succeed in optimising the benefits we offer you while reducing your individual risks.

Being semi-autonomous, the Foundation has decided to transfer the biometric risks to a reinsurer so as to reduce the impact on the Foundation of a death or disability of an insured person.

COPRÉ is totally independent as the Foundation is not under the influence of any external institution (insurance company, bank, etc.): the only interests we need to guarantee are yours.

The pension solution proposed by COPRÉ, adaptable to your requirements, is built around timeless values.
Values that affirm our stability and strengthen our credibility.

Munificence

We demonstrate our commitment to our affiliated companies, members and pensioners through generosity in our actions and decisions.

Offer better retirement pensions by maintaining a single conversion rate, without splitting. And as our provisions are already fully constituted, we aim to propose a high conversion rate synonymous with good retirement pensions, without jeopardising the future returns of our active insured.

The AVS21 reform, with a reference age of 65 for both men and women, will come into effect on January 1, 2024. However, the Foundation Council has decided to maintain the statutory retirement age for women at 64 years until December 31, 2028. The Foundation’s conversion rates will be maintained until the end of this transitional period at 5.60% for women at 64 years and 5.60% for men at 65 years.

Starting from January 1, 2029, the applied reference age will be 65 years for all insured individuals (both men and women).
